The Terms and Conditions contained herein serve as the agreement between Jackie O. Desserts and the Customer. By paying the invoice, the Customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Allergy Disclaimer
Please be aware that although Jackie O. Desserts has strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact, there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen. If you have any allergies, please inform us at the time of order placement. Jackie O. Desserts will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from the consumption of any product that is not disclosed.
The product may contain or come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens not listed. The Customer is responsible for notifying anyone they provide the product to of this allergy information.
Data Privacy
Jackie O. Desserts is committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information to process your orders and communicate with you. We will not disclose the identity of customers (photographs of people, last names, event details, contract details) without permission.
Cancellations/Refunds

We understand that there may be instances where you wish to cancel your order with us. If a cancellation is required, the refund policy is as follows:
​
1. In view of the nature of the service, costs are incurred in the preparation of your made to order dessert, there will be no refund on orders cancelled less than (seven) 7 days before delivery date
​
2. If the cancellation is up to one (1) month in advance of your delivery date, you will receive a refund, less the cost of any supplies already purchased for your dessert.
​
3. Refunds will be paid within 3-5 days of cancellation.
Delivery Terms
The delivery date and time for your order shall be the date specified in your Order Confirmation. The delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties.
We offer delivery for certain destinations within Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout once the delivery address is inputted.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the case of an unavoidable situation, such as a car accident or poor road conditions during delivery, Jackie O. Desserts cannot be held liable for more than the cost of your order.
Variation in Design
All products are baked fresh to order. Please note that some variations in design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
Quotes
All Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
Prices and Service Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Jackie O. Desserts reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue a dessert without notice.
Intellectual Property/Publication
All images and content on this website are the property of Jackie O. Desserts and may not be used without permission. We reserve the right to use any image of a product made by Jackie O. Desserts for publication at a later date.

Notice

Jackie O Desserts is a home bakery operating under the Georgia Cottage Food Laws. Jackie O Desserts maintains a current Food Handler Certification as required by the State. Home Bakeries are required to label products with a notice stating, “This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department”. This notice constitutes your acknowledgement of Jackie O Desserts home bakery status in case the food label is discarded.
